BLUE BELL, PA — (February 11, 2020) — CoreDial is excited to participate in ITEXPO and its co-located event, MSP Expo, scheduled for February 12 - 14, 2020 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our Chief Revenue Officer, Ken Lienemann, will deliver a keynote presentation at MSP Expo, entitled "Elevate Partner Experience," and will participate in two panel sessions during the event. CoreDial will also display its award-winning Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions at booth #520 on the exhibit floor during the show.

ITEXPO is one of the leading events in the communications industry, attracting over 6,000 attendees over the course of the event. More than 3,000 MSPs and VARs from around the globe are expected to attend MSP Expo.

Ken's keynote session, “Elevate Partner Experience,” will take place on Thursday, February 13 at 2:30 p.m.  The presentation will cover how solution providers can create better experiences for channel partners by delivering ongoing technical, sales, marketing, and support services that will help generate sales, increase profitability, and build customer loyalty. Lienemann will also offer his perspectives in the panel sessions, “New Growth Opportunities for MSPs,” taking place on February 12 at 1:00 p.m. and “Using UC to Convert Wasted Time into Productive Time,” on Thursday, February 13 at 1:00 p.m.

“ITEXPO and MSP Expo consistently bring together key decision-makers in unified communications, contact center, and I.T. to discuss the future of the channel,” said Lienemann. “CoreDial has always leveraged these events to educate the Channel about proven strategies and initiatives we’ve built to deliver ongoing value and create high-margin revenue opportunities. We’re looking forward to meeting with MSPs and industry thought leaders to demonstrate how our superior technology and unique programs can help the channel meet the needs of a transformative and increasingly digital marketplace.”
