On October 11 at the Channel Partners Evolution 2018 conference in Philadelphia, PA, CoreDial’s CEO Alan Rihm presented a candid keynote titled “UCaaS and CCaaS: Execution is Everything”. The presentation emphasized the importance of an execution-focused approach in helping Channel Partners successfully and competitively provide valuable Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions to end users.
Rihm’s presentation centered around the increasing demand for unified communications and Contact Center among SMEs, as well as the integral role Contact Center now plays when offering UC. He discussed how these expanding solutions reduce costs and enhance customer experience for Partners’ customers. Attendees also received tips on identifying customer needs and required business outcomes and advice on how to pivot from understanding to execution.
The Channel Partners Evolution conference was held October 9-12 in Philadelphia, PA at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. During the conference, Chief Revenue Officer Ken Lienemann represented CoreDial in two speaking sessions— a UCaaS Thunderdome event with three industry competitors and a Fastball Session titled “Opening Doors with Contact Center.”
