CoreDial Wins Philadelphia Business Journal Best Place to Work Award

Philadelphia, PA, Sept. 2, 2014 – Philadelphia Business Journal announced that CoreDial, LLC, a leading cloud communications software and services company, has been honored as a 2014 Best Places to Work award recipient. The region’s top companies will be recognized on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 7:15am to 9:45am at The Sonesta Philadelphia Hotel, 1800 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA.

“On behalf of CoreDial, I’m extremely thrilled CoreDial has been honored by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work,” said Alan Rihm, CEO of CoreDial. “The recognition reinforces our focus on the personal success of our employees, and a culture that fosters entrepreneurship, innovation, accountability, and candidness.”

CoreDial is dedicated to enabling its channel partners to grow their businesses efficiently. Its recently developed Success Starts With Me program aims to extend the focus on partner success right back to the employees. The innovative approach encourages employees to collectively indulge in a culture of success by providing opportunities to reward the hard work and dedication they bring with them to the office each day.

The award ceremony will gather executives from influential companies in the Philadelphia region for a morning of networking, keynote presentation and an exciting awards ceremony. Winners will be profiled in a special section of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s October 10th issue.

Philadelphia Business Journal’s research partner, Quantum Workplace, tabulated the results of thousands of online surveys completed by employees to establish the rank order that will be revealed for the very first time at the awards. Common themes among top companies focused on work-life balance; respect and caring for employees; recognition of accomplishments; feeling empowered; good teamwork and commitment to community.
